Scraps will take care of your trash pickup needs. We try to do that in as convenient a way for you as possible. Residential trash service is intended for Household Garbage Only. We do offer one-time haul offs of bulky items such as appliances, yard waste, furniture, etc. Please see the "Bulk" section below for more information.
Scraps provides trash removal/collection service for neighborhoods with Home Owners Associations in Rock Hill, Fort Mill, York, Clover and Tega Cay.
We are happy to remove those large, bulky items from your property for an additional charge. Just like your trash, you are not required to put these items on the curb, but they must be removed from the house. Payments: Trash payments are billed quarterly.
All payments are required to be paid by the due date listed on the invoice. However, we know hardships occur so we provide a 7 day grace period for accounts at least one month old, after which your account will be suspended. There will be a $35 fee to reactivate your account.
All trash pickup payments can be paid online via debit/credit. As an added convenience, you may also set your account on automatic recurring billing- set it and forget it!

Trash Cans: Currently, we have a full stock of all size trash cans. Trash cans may be purchased at our preferred pricing if you are an existing Scraps customer or becoming a new customer. This can is yours to keep, even if you were to cancel your service.
All trash MUST be in a closed 13 gallon trash bag. We will accept different size bags as long as the weight does not exceed 15 pounds. All bags MUST fit inside the trash can- we will not take any bags on top of or beside the trash can.
If you think your bag may break, the trash bag must be double bagged. Any debris that is spilled from a broken bag will be the responsibility of the resident to clean up and may result in a fee. Scraps reserves the right to change your day of service at any time- this is to ensure the quality of our routes and the best possible trash removal experience for you. You will be notified beforehand by both email and telephone.
